Moon is one of the finest single footed Morgans in the breed. She has produced two foals which are being used by breeders of Missouri Gaited Morgans.
Moon combines some of the best lines of the old Western Gaited Morgans. Her exceptional produce are proving her capabilities in the breeding shed. Her 2002 colt, Comstock, was sold and sired Gaited Morgans out of both gaited and non gaited mares. She is also the dam of Jellico Southern Fortune.

This mare is a great example of a singlefooted Morgan. She has also produced several single footed Morgan foals.
Extremely linebred to the gaited sire Omar Sheriff, Touchstone is a valued contributor to our breeding program. Her 2003 filly by Mary Mels Maestro, Jellico Maestro's Touch, is a maternal sister to our good producer, WNS Southern Moon. In 2008, she produced a fine chestnut colt by Silvershoe Highlander, Jellico Whiskey Lullaby. Her 2009 colt, Jellico Ramrod, arrived on August 2nd and is a full brother to Whiskey Lullaby. All of her foals are excellent examples of Gaited Morgans.
Touchstone is a singlefoot Morgan mare. Touchstone's foals are prime examples of a singlefoot Morgan.

Spice is a stunning mare with wonderful old gaited Morgan bloodlines, being a granddaughter of Omar Sheriff and Patchet Hill. Her first foal for us was Tarc, sired by Mary-Mels Maestro. She had a beautiful bay colt in 2003 by WNS Virginian, which we retained to replace his sire. Jellico Pistolero is strongly gaited. We are also retaining her 2004 daughter, Jellico Irish Rose, also by WNS Virginian.

Belle is almost 16h with a beautiful flowing, even, four-beat gait and Jellico Belle of Virginia (by Maestro) is her first foal. Her 2005 filly, Jellico Bliss, is sired by WNS Virginian and is strongly gaited. August 14, 2009, she produced an outstanding gaited chestnut colt, Jellico Bold Image, sired by Silvershoe Sundance.

We feel very fortunate to have acquired this extremely well-bred product of the Mary Mels program. She is a full sister in blood to WNS Touchstone.
We hope she will continue to provide us with a long line of single footing Morgans for years to come. Her foals have sold quickly when listed as single footed Morgans.
